Deployment Leave for
Military Spouses
We know getting ready for a deployment can be a stressful and emotional time. We make every accommodation possible to support taking the time off you need including providing 5 days of paid leave (for approved deployment leave requests). Our goal is to ease the financial burden of taking time away from work to focus on family – sharing critical time together and making preparations for your spouse’s absence.
Relocation Bonus
As a military spouse, you may find yourself moving to another base location with your spouse’s new assignment or as a veteran, you may choose to relocate to another area close to a military or veteran medical treatment facility. If we have an opening for your position in your new hometown and you continue your employment with LUKE, we will pay you a relocation bonus!
A History of Caring for Our Military
Founded in 2004 (as Luke & Associates) with a clear purpose to help deliver healthcare to our military personnel and their families, LUKE has committed over 20 years to this important mission.
Currently, LUKE enjoys a successful collaboration with the Department of Defense (DoD) through the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS) program and has secured over 200 task orders so far within this five-year multiple award IDIQ contract that ends in 2025. We were recently named to the 10-year $43B DHA IDIQ for the MQS2 Next Generation program for the period of June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2034.
Our core responsibilities encompass recruiting, qualifying, hiring, onboarding, and retaining proficient medical personnel, tailored to meet the specific needs of each medical treatment facility. Our continued performance on the DHA MQS project highlights our vital contributions to delivering on the promise of quality healthcare for the military and their families, cementing our role as a crucial partner for the DoD.
In addition, LUKE, through its joint venture Aspire-LUKE JV, LLC is honored to have been awarded a 10-year, $23B IDIQ contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs. This contract is part of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP) which aims to provide the best value in health professional temporary clinical and non-clinical staffing services, program management, human capital, and other professional services. These efforts are crucial to fill critical staffing needs and to fulfill vital program requirements across VA sites of care nationwide. LUKE is proud to support this essential program to care for our veterans.
