Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and supporting teams that make a difference? LUKE is looking for experienced Regional Managers (East & West) to oversee daily operations.
As a Regional Manager, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and supporting Caregiver staff at CBP facilities, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple sites. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment and takes pride in developing strong, motivated teams.
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead your region to success by:
- Overseeing daily operations across assigned locations.
- Developing and implementing regional strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching management and supervisory staff to achieve operational goals.
- Driving performance by setting clear objectives and measuring progress.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Compiling performance metrics and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Managing labor needs and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Traveling regularly to assigned sites to support staff and ensure operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident, adaptable leaders who are passionate about people, process, and performance. Ideal candidates will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Proven success in managing operations and leading high-performing teams.
- Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs. when needed.
- Government security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
