"My overall experience here in Guam has been above and beyond what I could have ever expected! The island is beautiful, the locals are welcoming and genuine, and the rich Chamorro culture blends seamlessly with its deep military history. If you enjoy the outdoors, Guam is paradise—hiking trails wind through mountains and hills, while snorkeling and diving reveal vibrant reefs and sea life. Festivals, local crafts, and authentic cuisine give you a taste of island life, and its location makes traveling to nearby countries like Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines incredibly easy.
"It has been an honor to work at the Naval Hospital Guam serving our active duty military families. The teamwork ethic is strong, management is supportive, nurse-to-patient ratios are safe, and the facilities have state-of-the-art equipment. LUKE has made this my best experience ever with an agency—the compensation is fair, the credentialing process is smooth, and any questions or concerns are addressed promptly. They truly advocate for their staff and have our best interests in mind. Consider Guam for your next career move—you will NOT be disappointed!"
